Emotional Freedom Technique

Feelings and emotions, at times, interfere with our ability to enjoy life, to love and be loved. Developed by Gary Craig, EFT uses tapping on meridians or acupuncture points with the focus on a specific feeling or emotional memory that drains or binds the energy. With each round or session, the process manipulates the body's energy field and helps to release the intensity of the emotion or feeling. It is a powerful healing method based on the discovery that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease. Scientific studies have shown that EFT is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress. It works on a variety of health issues, psychological problems, and performance issues, even those that have been resistant to other methods. Once the distress is reduced or removed, the body can often rebalance itself, and accelerate healing.

EFT Class: Practice the Fundamentals of EFT with the support of group energy. Relax, release, and refresh yourself with take-home techniques that provide a "handy" method for responding to any form of "stress" in a way that helps you feel better, connect with insights that heal, and expand the free-spiritedness you treasure.

Time: 6:30pm to 7:30pm
