Angel Readings by Diane "Comfort"

Remember what most comforts you. Breathe deeply into this moment and ask yourself: "Is being understood, appreciated, and approved of most important? If so, ask yourself whether you are understanding with regard to your own humanity or if you feel grateful for your daily efforts or even whether you approve of yourself.  What do you notice? Would you benefit from an improved version?

Now, if you choose to, you may make an agreement with yourself to be more understanding, grateful and to actually approve of yourself.  Notice whether this agreement breeds resistance in you such as a "have to" or a "should".   If there is any resistance within you to meeting this agreement, you may pray for the desire to arise in you to attract to yourself everything you need in the form of people, places, and circumstances to allow the truth of understanding, appreciation and self-approval to be embodied by you.  You may ask this with the deepest gratitude, in the highest good of self and all connected to you, as you let go of attachment to the outcome or even the process with "this or better".
